Terms and Conditions for Kitehouse

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the Kitehouse website (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Kitehouse. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

We primarily ship from our facility in Spruce Grove, AB, Canada, as well as from warehouses across North America. Due to the variety of items we carry (with differing sizes and weights), we use a range of delivery methods. Small items can be shipped to a post office box, but larger items must be delivered to a physical address. After you place an order, we will confirm that the items are correct and research the best shipping options for you.

Delivery will occur as promptly as possible, based on the chosen delivery method. Please be aware that delivery schedules may change due to unexpected events, and estimates exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods you purchase.

For international orders including items purchased from Kitehouse and shipped direct to you from a 3rd party international supplier, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes.

An example of this scenario would be a special order item were to save transit time, we have the manufacturer ship direct to you.

You are responsible for paying these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for the payment of these duties or taxes.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for delivery errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information. This includes occasions where you provide a PO box address, but choose a courier that is not Canada Post.

Automated shipping quotes and listed carriers on the website may be revised before shipping your order. If there is an increase or decrease in shipping costs, we will confirm with you prior to shipment.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods.

Refunds will not be granted for the following goods:

Electronic items
Opened, used, or installed items
Special order items
Build-to-order items

Returns by Shipment

To return a product by shipment, follow the procedure below:

Contact us via the Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization.
Include a copy of the return authorization with the item you're returning.
Ship the item back using your preferred shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

Items that are not defective will incur a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50 CAD or.
